Dublin | €60,000+ | Hybrid – 2 days in office

Our client is a global professional services business specialising in Global Mobility, Employment Tax and cross-border advisory. With significant investment in technology and automation, the business offers a modern, forward-thinking environment with strong international exposure.

The Role

  • Advise clients on employment tax, global mobility, social security and personal income tax matters.

  • Support tax, payroll, finance and HR teams with employee and employer tax implications.

  • Assist with workforce tax planning and strategies to optimise tax outcomes.

  • Provide advice on global mobility programmes and international assignments.

  • Advise on tax equalisation, tax protection and wider mobility planning.

  • Support clients with cross-border compliance and permanent establishment considerations.

  • Work alongside legal and other specialist teams on employment tax and compliance matters.

  • Build strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Your Experience

  • Relevant experience in Global Mobility, Employment Tax, expatriate tax or personal income tax advisory.

  • Strong technical knowledge of employment tax and/or international mobility matters.

  • Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.

  • Commercially minded with an interest in developing within a fast-growing, technology-led environment.

The Rewards
