The team advises a broad range of businesses on complex Irish and international tax matters, supporting clients with cross-border transactions, international expansion and tax-efficient structuring.
The Role
Advise Irish and multinational clients on international corporate tax and cross-border matters.
Support international tax planning, structuring, reorganisations and M&A projects.
Advise on double taxation treaties, withholding taxes, EU tax developments and OECD principles.
Prepare detailed technical tax analysis, advisory reports and client memoranda.
Work collaboratively with Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, VAT and other specialist teams.
Assist with managing client relationships and delivering high-quality technical advice.
Review work and provide guidance to junior team members.
Contribute to business development and client relationship-building initiatives.
Your Experience
ACA, CTA or equivalent professionally qualified tax/accounting qualification.
2–5 years’ relevant experience within international tax, corporate tax or professional services.
Strong technical understanding of Irish and international corporate taxation.
Experience advising on cross-border transactions and multinational structures.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
