Tax Advisor / Senior Tax Advisor – North Dublin

An opportunity has arisen for a Tax Advisor or Senior Tax Advisor to join a specialist tax consultancy in North Dublin. The firm works closely with private clients, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses, providing tailored advice on a range of Irish tax matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their advisory experience, work on technically interesting projects and build strong client relationships within a growing, specialist team.

The Role
Working alongside experienced tax professionals and senior leadership, you’ll be involved in a variety of advisory assignments, supporting clients with practical and commercially focused tax solutions.


Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising private clients, entrepreneurs and business owners on Irish taxation matters.
• Providing guidance on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Capital Acquisitions Tax (CAT).
• Assisting with succession planning, estate planning and wider personal tax planning.
• Supporting owner-managed businesses with tax planning and structuring opportunities.
• Researching complex tax issues and preparing clear, technically sound advice.
• Contributing to restructuring and transaction-related assignments.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, working directly with clients and their professional advisers.

What We’re Looking For

• AITI qualification is essential.
• At least one year of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish domestic taxation.
• Previous experience within a professional-services or tax advisory environment.
• Exposure to personal tax, private clients or owner-managed businesses.
• Strong technical research, analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with an interest in developing your advisory career.

This opportunity may suit a Tax Advisor, Senior Tax Advisor, Tax Consultant, Senior Tax Consultant or someone at Assistant Manager or Tax Manager level who is keen to build on their advisory experience.
