GROUP ACCOUNTANT

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to appoint a Group Accountant to join their group finance team.

Working closely with senior leadership and the wider finance function, you will take ownership of key group reporting activities while supporting month-end processes, consolidations and the integration of newly acquired businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting

• Support the month-end close process

• Assist with group consolidations

• Prepare group reporting packs for senior management

• Support acquisition and finance systems integration projects

• Partner with divisional and operational finance teams

• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified with approximately 2 years' PQE, or nearing qualification

• Practice-trained candidates are particularly welcome

• Strong management accounts and month-end reporting experience

• Consolidation experience would be advantageous

• Experience with ERP systems would be beneficial but is not essential

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a growing organisation
