About the company:

HireIQ are partnering with a well-established, leading business as they hire for a Group Financial Accountant, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

This is a senior finance opportunity with broad responsibility across a growing group of businesses. You’ll take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leaderships while leading a small finance team

 

About the job: 

• Full ownership of the monthly and year end reporting cycle
• Group budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Financial controls, compliance and statutory requirements
• Intercompany accounting and group reporting
• Treasury, cash flow and investment management
• R&D tax and other opportunities to improve the group's financial position
• Relationships with banks, auditors, accountants and other professional advisers
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Providing commercial insight to support business decisions and future growth

 

About you: 

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry experience preferred 
• Team player who can work collaboratively
