HireIQ is partnering with an established and growing business to appoint a motivated Management Accountant. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a broad role offering the opportunity to build on your existing experience while gaining greater commercial exposure across the business.

About the job: 

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management accounts, reporting on performance, cash flow and key variances.
• Work closely with managers across the business on budgets, forecasts and financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support day to day business decisions and longer term planning.
• Work with operational teams to understand performance and identify opportunities to improve costs and efficiencies.
• Get involved in improving finance systems, processes and controls across the business.
• Communicate financial information to managers and senior leadership, making sure they have a clear understanding of performance.

 

About you: 

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA 
• Industry experience advantageous 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong IT skills -  Excel important
