The Role

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Oversee AP and expense processing, with an AP Coordinator as an indirect report
• Review staff expense reports for policy compliance
• Manage payment runs across ACH, check and wire
• Maintain vendor master data, W-9s and 1099 reporting
• Reconcile AP aging and vendor statements
• Prepare month-end AP accruals and support the close
• Support audits and improve AP processes and controls

Your Experience

• 5+ years of full-cycle AP, ideally at senior, lead or supervisor level
• Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision experience preferred
• Expense report processing and policy review
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
• Architecture, engineering or professional services background a plus
