HireIQ is recruiting an Audit Manager for a Top 6 firm in Dublin. The role would suit an experienced Audit Manager or an Assistant Manager ready to take ownership of a portfolio of non-financial services clients.

The Role

• Manage statutory audit engagements from planning and risk assessment through to completion.

• Set engagement budgets and timelines, allocate resources and monitor progress across your portfolio.

• Review audit files and financial statements, resolving technical queries ahead of Partner sign-off.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating audit findings and keeping engagements on track.

• Supervise and coach the audit team, providing feedback and supporting their development.

Your Experience

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with external audit experience in Irish practice.

• Currently working at Audit Manager or experienced Assistant Manager level, with a background in non-FS audit.

• Experience leading engagements, reviewing audit files and managing client relationships.

• Strong working knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting requirements.

• Ability to manage competing deadlines and support colleagues at different levels.

The Rewards
